Biography
Rebecca Harris
Minister
Rebecca grew up around ministry and missions and was passionate about continuing that legacy. In 1996, at the age of 16, God took her on another journey. She and her husband Allen found themselves pregnant at 16 and 17 with their first beautiful daughter and were soon married. She began a new journey with God of experiencing Abbas heart without having to perform. Jesus met her through a sweet and challenging time of being a teen mom, raising four children, and being desperate for greater love and identity. In 2016, Jesus connected her to Arise ministries and HHIM, where she received deliverance and freedom from shame and generational bondage. She received training and mentoring from Teia’s ministry and Arise and later became a part of their leadership team. In 2022, God commissioned Rebecca and Allen to move from Colorado to the Oregon coast to pioneer Remnant Embassy Ministries. They now live in Florence, Oregon, pastoring REM, seeking to bring healing, restoration, and a move of the Holy Spirit to the West Coast. Rebecca is happiest when her children and grandson can all come home to visit. Her favorite places are hiking and quiet times in nature with the Holy Spirit.
Allen Harris
Minister
Allen was raised in church amongst a family full of ministers. Fully inducted into religion, it wasn’t until his early 30’s that the inner secret places of his heart were drawn out by Jesus. Walking a road of deliverance and consecration began. After much sin was exposed in that season and his life nearly collapsed around him, Allen vowed to keep a “yes” to the Lord in his heart. With God's healing and his wife's love, Allen learned to walk in freedom and has a strong calling to shepherd others into freedom in Jesus. He received counseling and deliverance through Healing Hearts and later completed training in deliverance.
After 25 years as a contractor in Colorado Springs, the Lord uprooted Allen and Rebecca and commissioned them to begin an apostolic/revival hub on the Oregon Coast. He and Rebecca now co-lead Remnant Embassy Ministries. “Walking with Jesus, with a complete yes in your heart to him, is a wild ride! But his goodness is so tangible when you are utterly dependent on Him.”
Allen loves to fish and crab on the Oregon coast. He loves walks in the forest, especially while hunting for tasty mushrooms. He will always and still root for the Denver Broncos. He is so grateful to his wife Rebecca and his kids and grandson are his pride and joy.
